I don\'t nurse, pregnant, or at my period. Am I 48 years old and in God dreadful pain...?

I had a mammogram 6 and was told that I had to return only in 6 further months for another check because there was a small abnormalty, but, not my nipples, for the last week, to worry, did so badly sore, that every pressure feels feel out like either handing over or passing like shards of glass and me. Any idea this something of this könnte is?
