What causes pain and swelling of breast?

I nurse presently and and i developed a very hard and easily swollen part of a breast. It is a großes area, that spans near the nipple of the basis upward. It probably is an Ed milk management. through hope3333.... It sounds like it, maybe a congested milk management is. I got her/it/them, a couple times. Normally, using of warm compresses and massaging of the area before nursing of it helps too unclog. If it continues, würde I your doctor names, if it is mastitis.
