Hurt keenly and in my breasts nurses?

I nursed and pump milk 6 months long for my daughter. Only, last night of i noticed, thereß knocks pain in my two breasts in one hurts. I woke this morning, and the pain still was present. It is extremly für my baby painfully, to snap, and pumping also hurts. There is a general sharp pain in them, all the day however pumping and Fütterungen hurts more. ICH\'m not certainly what could cause this pain.

through genette, you call the DR.... it could be a sign of throttle, that can pass to baby or the baby, that is passed to you. Is similar a yeast infection with the inside.
