Why do I have pains?

Yesterday evening, my friend came over, and we had sex (with a condom). immediately had SERIOUS abdominal pain after sex, as I stood, and hurts in my rectum. It became so bad, thereß fasts powerless I became and finished to put on the ground of the bathroom several minutes long. Schließlich after approximately 45 mins allowed a discount of it on enough for me in order to sleep but today, I nevertheless had this crampy feeling uncomfortable in my lowerer-Abdomen and my rectum the whole day. I believed, thereß I congested became, so that I bought one of both didn for an enema and him/it, work \'t, or I am not blocked. THEREFORE I made a search on-line and came A, basins Aufrührerische illness, B, Endometriosis, or C on both, Cysts/Ulcers. this, which does you, that think types? If I bore a healthy Babym also one year agoad little, my periods since then were irregular, probably because of nurses, and my last period was extremely heavy, there was not still any not constricting which is very exceptional for me,... any thoughts??

Additional details

I forgot to mention that I had also pain in my lower back as it happened initially. But the pain was only in my lower abdomen and my rectum today.

It could be no one of the above mentioned matters, that you like PID, endometriosis or ovary\'s cysts mentioned, but only your doctor/gyno will be capable started examinations to finding from that, what could cause the pain, that you have with sex.
