Does sternum of nursing hurt?

I now nursed for in the course 13 weeks. If I sleep on my side with night, I wake up and have pain in my sternum, exspecially, if I me bemühe, to stretch. EsEs goes schließlich during the day away, but is painful in the morning. Did everyone find out this? I
