What could be the cause of my pain and nurse mommy?

I nursed my son 8 months long, now and yesterday was a big day for us. We finnally brought him/it to his/its Großmutter to indroduce and found out, flew in 2 weeks to new York of california. , To say superfluously, ich\'m emphasized a little one. Last night I couldn\'t really sllep with all excitment and so I earned, Dr. prescriped, valuim, in order to help, to ease me down. I slept this morning (my anniversary) in it, not normal ich\'m ussually the first on, but it couldve been from the valuim, with my left breast sore and tender like could be, easy fever, pms like Krämpfe, and one everywhere about crappy feeling. My first thought was a congested management, but my breast has go no oneärteten areas no redness and a minimal quantity of swelling. ICH\'ve been bf like ussual, even particular, but it nevertheless hurts. The was\'s your diagnosis? :) P.., if it will still hurt me tomorrow, \'ll telephone call doc

I also wanted to mention that I therefore have an IUD (mirena), from which pregnancy is probably mastered.
