Sharp pain in left breast?

Since August of and on me had a sharp pain in my left breast. ZuZu of the time was I on vollständiger bedrest for complication in the pregnancy in the hospital. The nurse rejected it and I believed, thereß it no big deal must be. GehabtGehabt the baby in October and it came theück and came to the point, that it did sore, to pick up the baby. Oreählt, that the OB/GYN and she/it ordered an ultrasound. Nothing came aufw into the ultrasoundärts. Since last night, the pain became so bad, thereß I hardly can breathe, hurts doing everything and is my whole left side breast, shoulder, my arm smooths. Any ideas over what could possibly be it, or as it is for itself to be employed with the pain? , I don\'t nurse dont myself with it thinks is an Ed milk management and is not warm like an infection of any type,
