Unexplained pain in left breast?

I am 37 quite healthy one and finished only one period. Last night, as I my BRA für the bed decreased, I had a dreadful pain in my left breast. As there I meover bent, felt, as if somebody pulled really roughly, but it was tender also to the touch, I couldn\'t endures even my pajamas top of touching of it at a point.
