Which analgesic is sure while it nurses?

I have old baby presently a 5 week, and I be sure on darvocet presently, that I know, to take, during nursing because of a kidney infection and kidney stones. Problem is, thereß it, that works at all, isn\'t. I have SUCH pains! I weiß, that got theres, a sure pain medication, to be this, s more strongly than darvocet, but which one, can you tell me, is sure?
Please propose one, that I, because I know, can actually be given certainly am fetanyl also besides i-Jargon, is prescribed exactly fetanyl for kidney, stones lol.

Many analgesics are sure, some of them, that are you cleverly over care maybe, must, it can definitely be done during taking, however.

from Pducky, I used Darvocet as I nursed. It then was my c-Teil-Wiederfinden, but then, for he/it were made also rules as I went through one ton of pain, während I of it nursed to have become blocked managements, and nipples broke.
