What causes the pain in my breast?

I now nursed successfully virtually 9 weeks long. I didn\'t have any problems, or pain associated with it. Yesterday, I started to get a pain in my right breast, and it becomes worse. I have myself around gefühlt, in order to see, if there was a lump thinking, that was it an Ed ed-Leitung I harbor, however, t found one. Also my baby deals strangely if he/it works as a nurse from it. Almost you too much, comes out, and he/it kann\'t-Griff it. I place wei auf\'tß, whether that is what is it, but he/it is only moves about a quantity and breathes more heavily, as working from it as a nurse. Does each of any idea have what goes on? Every help becomes geschcorrode. Thanks!
