Wrist pain after birth?

VorVor of going to the doctor had tried my own medicine I and put arnica gel on the affected area. As it a Kräuterarznei is, I applied it at least 4 times per day, but it seems that it began to work. But I am not sure, thereß it during the pregnancy sure is, so that I don\'t conserve it reccommend. Hope, thereß this somebody helps!
