Very painful Gas-Wie-Schmerz in abdomens, during sitting down 2 weeks after natural delivery, + episiotomy. Normal?

I nurse exclusively. If birth gave 2 weeks ago... the credit of a großen deals of the pain in my lower abdomen/uterus area/intestines-Gebiet.... It feels like gas, but I don\'t pass any! Help!
