Do I nurse my year old and develop a painful lump under the skin on my areola.?

It is the size of a small marble and an offer in the concept in order to touch itself/themselves. It is red and swollen. I dont weiß, whether it has everything, with which to do silence, but it seems similar, if I drain this side, it feels better although is a little painful one, if she/it snaps on it. I took an advil twice per day, about the pain a small one only along, to hold,.. seems to help. I has goört that it a cyst or congested milk management or mastitis could be,... besides isnt it one little late for mastitis? I dont has every health insurance, so that I wanted to see, if at home I könnte, you remedy it. Any ideas with consideration on what could be it?
