Was I in the hospital for gallstones.. i concerned shot with morphine for the pain twice.. and un nursing..?

i nurses.. the doctor said wait 24 hrs or, to start, so to quiet.. i has twice breastmilk into the shower and pressed breastpump used out. if it is over 24 hrs been.., but un still, in order to nurse, shied.. still is morphine from my system? is it sure, to quiet??
