Painful SORE nipple of nursing...?

My right nipple is extremely painful, and I now experience shooting pain in between feedings. I turn to each Fütterung Lansinoh lanolin Cream at... my son is almost 4 weeks old, and I only must know.., if the pain eases?? if it seems better gotten, does it turn and become again unbearable. His/its handle is correct, so that I aufsetze,weiß \'t, I it hold to what else can do?
Can I live for one day or two of a breast in order to let the other side heal without waning milk supply? Help! Thanks.

Position of the baby:
the baby must face the breast; trouble to understand this,:

through iampatsa... I believes, that you should use one breast sheild, until it heals completely. Also, you see, thereß a lactation advisor or you, to certainly be about ihn/es, doesn\'t treat mastisis s or something of this nature. As soon as it healed, hören you on, to use the shield.

from Adrianne R, you could have an infection. Sometimes if nurses a wife, können you an infection gets. If you have an infection, m,üssen you goes, is checked with it out where ever treats, you go to call and with a nurse and her/its/their to sprechen\'ll demands which type of symptoms your credit and if it is an infection, you will be treated for it.

Do I assume that you don\'t have any rips? like this the most obvious Erklärung would be.

Does your nipple turn white (bloodless) after feeding, and do you get coolness? I had this für a while, probably until 3 months, it is called, nipple paled. Erwärmen you tea, warm rice socks to the nipple or shower used to help, then it disappead alone.

Maybe you/they also have an Ed milk management, it would appear on your nipple as a small white pimple. In this case however Fütterung will help, it will be painful, I had also this, but you must continue to live, only continious-Fütterung will help. WennWenn the pimple doesn\'t seem to vanish that you go to the doctor.

Yeast infection is another possible explanation.

I would continue to feed in your place. I weiß, how painfully it is, trust me you! Bemühen you itself, to speak with lactation advisor, all of them are not good, maybe you therefore want to unite tries.

i went through mastitis, fully from infection, with my first baby and it was painful soooooo to work her/it/them, that this side released this i, as a nurse and would pump it instead while she/it nursed on the left side,

but you must stimulate your right breast holds and dripped... doesn\'t leave you it in silence or will put back completely and will infect completely

if you, the breast massage the part, pump, that feel painful, and all lumps massages,

if you place your baby ready for this breast feels, and had worked him/it as a nurse, is drained completely until this breast and continues to massage the painful part,...... baby is much more effective than a pump on that occasion

if you become feverish and sick feeling, you head on a diagnosis by mastitis to urgent worry
