Painful nipples and breasts, not breast feeding, 41 y/o?

I am 41. Für the last month or with it I painful nipples and sore breasts had, if I wake up. I don\'t nurse and am not pregnant. I sleep on my Rücken or my side. After ungefähr 30 minutes, the pain eases. Yesterday, I lay für a nap one hour long down, and I had stabbing pains in my left nipple and my breast, that woke me. Normally, the pain is in both Brüsten. I can over bilateral nipple pain on the internet very small finds, everything is brought in connection with nursing. The nipples are normally not upright, they don\'t become reverse. I have nächste week for a diagnostic mammogram a date. Every experience this?

But in hopes his/its simply normal one it could always be contributed to menopause. i worked with an Ern one year longährungswissenschaftler together and saw matters similarly. other than, thereß you cysts, that are more likely, looks at and possibly cancer. there could be also, problems mögen sufficiently not blood the flow from her/it/them to your breasts, a stain lump or simply too much presure, if you sleep. i hopes is the fewest of these and tries not to worry therefore, weiß i, impossibly, you continue, his/its simply frühen symptoms of the menopause, to hope.
