Nursing of tops? sore jumped and scabbed on. läßt my baby also tongue binds... any advice pleases!!! UN IN PAIN?

my son is 5 days old and the lactation advisor informed me that he/it lets tongue bound and has difficulties of snapping on it maybe. now, this doesnt seems to now be a problem with snapping, but as he/it first began, he/it hurt my right nipple quite badly. it has a scab on it and un the laninow, to use, rührt creamy, but it does so badly sore that cannot nurse i on the left side. which also now is action from milk and him/it sore full. i bemühte itself, to pump it out, but it nevertheless is painful.
