Nursing of my 16 months old and having mastitis-Art from pain. Any ideas?

My daughter is old 16 months, and I stopped with her/its/their day feed recently, therefore she/it has in the morning and with night breast, by 7am and 7pm, my right breast became really painful, more similarly mastitis, but only at the ground and near the nipple. It fühlt itself there like a big lump at. ICHMdenken maybe has any milk there too long and coagulated sat, but I have no idea something, thereover, to do. Any ideas?

It sounds like a congested management. The best matter, in order to do, is, you continue to definitely work as a nurse and if you können, you set up your daughter with her/its/their nose, that faces the lump. the heat had helped.but this i several times,and if you still necessary-to-work sore,and is, you see a doc, power is some else,but, that we don\'t hope. :) Hope ya fühlt itself better.
