Nursing hurts in axilla?

My daughter is old 1 months, and she/it is only on breast milk. to theI had 2 weeks ück mastitis, and I completed course of the antibiotics. Now, I leave Erschießung in axilla on both sides hurt. If it is normal, or I should the doctor verständigen?
