Nursing and really painful place?

I had my baby and a half one myself before quiet one week, and I am immensely sore on one of my breasts. It seems to generate from a place. The center of the place of the pain seems to rearrange the areola and the nipple, 5 minutes long es\'s with the nipple, then, it seems too höher, to rise, then is and so on it below.
It is constant a shooting completely, that burns pain, that is.
I don\'t have any fever, and I cannot feel any hard lumps. My thorax isn\'t heavily and the part doesn\'t hurt, that is not the areola.
I tried a heat compress, but it hurt, the nipple and, to cover areola.
I also tried to pump the breast and drained it, he/it seemed 10 minutes long approximate to help, then, it went back to doing horribly sore.
Any ideas for what is this, und/oder something, to do?

I would take the trouble to see a lactation advisor. As I first started to nurse, I had a problem like it. But my small one a wasn\'t, that snaps right on it. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS

from Ethel So, it is no congested management, because it is not difficult, but you can have Milchdrüse mastitis in one, therefore I would go your doctor if you can.
