Nursing and pain has I in a breast?

I, that nurse, am exclusivly and therefore now make 4 months long. As soon as my son was 3-4 weeks old, thereß I in breasts a hideous case of mastitis had, and was in the bed one week long with a fever. Meanwhile, there were not any problems.

For the last few days however, one of my breasts\' feelings sore. I kann\'t determines the pain, but it is around the nipple area and starting under the breast. It fühlt itself really injured and is worse, if my son lives. The pain isn\'t unerträglich although, so that I can still live easily. There is not any Röte or the lumps, that I can feel, so that I land, believe \'t that it is again mastitis.

Did each other have this and something, does everyone know that is it?

I get this much although she/it is latched right. I take a few paracetamol and bring her/it/them to it, some times in a row of the sore breast too füttern, it normally eases within 24 hours. ICH\'d places itself an Ed management before its likely.
Also I massage the sore area gently while she/it lives.

exactly that, what could be it, not certainly, is from Toby I but the best matter, in order to do for the most nursing questions, from mastitis, to nipple vasospasm, to congested managements, the best matters, in order to do, are frequent care, much silence, and applying of a hot/warm-Kompresse of any type to the affected breast. Glück! :)

from Doonhame... it is an Ed ed-Leitung maybe, is there a white place in the nipple? Or it could a Milchblasé is, is there everything like a blister or the nipple? It could be also the result of a bad handle. Sometimes if Sie\'ve makes a while for him/it, that you over the handle foully can get.
