Nursing and breast pain?

My daughter is 5 months old, and I am breast exclusively, that feeds her/it/them. I had no problems with pain in the past. NurNur began I yesterday evening to get a pain, she/it is my third BF-Baby, delicately to the Berührung, in my left breast near my Armgrube. There is not any Röte, swelling, hardness or fevers. I fühle me finely different than this painful uncomfortableness. But because of the situation of the pain, I have Ständig pains, because my arm rests at my side. I jargon verläßt the whole day long exactly around with my Armgerade.

I have googled breast pain and nursing and came managements only on Ed and mastitis. I mastered both of those out because I don\'t find out none of the symptoms of those two matters.

Any ideas with consideration on what could be this, and what I can do over the pain? Un thinking, I become ouchßer all ideas or suggestions a hot compress tries, would be estimated! And obviously if not it aufwärts eases or worse becomes, I will name the doctor, I only dont wants to go in and is told to do something, which I been able to do from myself at home.

The pain seems to be interior, almost like a sore muscle. Not on her/it outer skin.

through IBCLC & nurse JC an abcess? You are too fähig the place visually? If the pain seems in the breast or on her/it express to be skin of the breast?
