Nipple pain?

I nursed my 3 months old. He/it picked up the moment to my left breast to and started to suck, I felt throughout the breast and particularly the nipple a gigantic sharp pain. It did so badly sore thereß feeds him/it I the baby separates and had to fill. My breast still is very delicately, itself too berühren and there is still a pain pink on my nipple (that now is) as normal, my right breast is fine. Is this an infection? A congested milk management? Any Vorschläge? , I should erwähnen that also has didn\'t I to nurse an opportunity, the whole day and no time to pump,

Yes you definitely has any mastitis, that goes on. The würde after a long period from the not silence happens... das\'s one of those matters doesn\'t say you people!! remains you a heat block or a hot water bottle on it and SILENCE.
