Nipple pain / nursing?

I take the trouble too relactate, but must pump exclusively. My son is 4 1/2 months old and it it ließ milk breast, pumped, because he/it was 7 1/2 weeks, until to 2 weeks ago. I started to pump again 2 days ago and bemühte me to relactate, and ich\'m, the pain, that I never had even at the exact beginning, has as he/it was nursing. Es\'s both of my nipples, but one is much worse than the other. You/they started very drily, but now becomes and bleeding even broken.

I put Lanolinsahne on her/it/them. In order to prevent infection, I can favor her/it/them neosporin and only can wash you off it, before I pump? How do you know when they are actually infected?

This seems only strange that I never had any problems with my pump, size of the signs and so on,

So far like the neosporin, I would not use this in order to prevent infection. It tötet actually skin cells together with the germs, maybe it therefore makes matters worse. Thanks! I spoke with a LC today, and she/it recommended that I try a mixture of lanolin, peroxide and neosporin, since baby, who still gets the milk anyway, isn, \'t and I müssen heals,; I hopes, that it works. I believe, thereß it also much too suddenly pumped. I started to put lanolin on the signs. Thank again!
