Moving in of breast, that leads to breast pain?

I noticed any drawing in of my right breast, that lies at top to breast pain, since nursing. What could be this?

Additional details

Un nursing no more. The pain began as pulling and in the past 3mos, you will be one on again from hurts you again. Now, it hurts to have pressure on my breast.

Am I not completely clear, do you still nurse? I würde over it with a lactation advisor or your WHETHER speaks, because it sounds like it, the beginning of either a yeast infection could be, or you could have vasospasms. Is the pain sharp or like, somebody puts a needle in it? If it is so, würde I me to yeast leans. Sie\'ll wants this kl getärte itself with a cream on and maybe a vocal medication.
