Leg pain, while nursing?

I nurse my second child and let hurt leg in my calfs on a daily basis. This happened w also with my first childährend the time, that I nursed and stopped after it. It constricts, but more of a blunt pain, that never goes away, not one. ICH\'ve tried to drink more water and I take a multi vitamin, but still experiences the pain. Any ideas?
