Is this engorgement? Help. Mild pain?

I nurse my 5 months old. Last night I didn\'t muß him/it feeds, as often as I has the last week or with it, because he/it slept better much.

I woke up with my right breast like a stone. I have him/it these mornings nursed and bemühe me, to concentrate on the right side, but the left part of it won\'t become soft.

Should I try a new position? We ALWAYS nurse the same way. Is it because of his/its new tooth, does he/it snap differently so maybe?
