Hurt in breast, while nursing. Do I see my OB or my GP?

After 13 free months from pain of nursing, I had much pain in my nipple, and my breast feels sore.
Do I go to my OBGYN for this question, or do I see my general practician?

Additional details

Nope, I am no new mommy.

I actually would call the hospital and the finding out whether they have a certified lactation nurse. if she/it calls with it and discusses it with her.
Doc\'s, even OB\'s has training in nursing very much very little.
If is something as simple as a rip or even yeast, what they can see that and possibly offers suggestions(unfortunately, because you nursed, 13 Monate-Zahnfüllung would probably be included in him/it, not I, his/its awesome one thinks i. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS

through shimerz7... I believes, that you could see, that both and she/it would be capable to help. Only watch from it you places auf\'t gets all fevers, if you straight to this It goes doctors as this is a sign of mastitis, and should be treated asap

through shermyne.... OBGYN...... I believed, that you were a new mommy with this question.

from Imgreat, I would propose to speak with a lactation specialist. Maybe you don\'t snap right on the baby. You/they normally propose Lansinoh (lanolin) in the meantime. I bemühte EasyNurse about it, to nurse mothers, who immediately helped me. If the pain insists, you should see your OB/GYN.
