Hurt and healing of an episiotomy?

Hurt and healing of an episiotomy?

Good day everyone, I had my daughter last Wednesday, I had an episiotomy, a small diagonal as it doesn\'t go at my outer lips. It has one little better since the birth gets, but my midwife said, thereß my dam still very much and it is inflated, the swelling was supposed to have decreased meanwhile, I kann\'t sits down without much pain, therefore I avoid to sit down and nurse putting down, and I let the air come to it, if I can, I only wonder whether there is any others lace, that you can give the healing process dry to ground muscles and holding of the area speed besides basins. People have a saltwater bath and Bvein proposed with some drops of lavender or Teebaumöl, but the midwife said only water and mich\'m, the thinking, that could sting the area. Also as ich\'m, that nurses, that I extremelyit became ählt, that I can take only paracetamol, or is there still something? Thanks to ladies.
