Help of teeth hurts ASAP! What should I do?

I wear pain in my right one(s) behind molars as well as lowermost, as also had rows supremely away and on since January. I kann\'t affords itself to go to the dentist, but I cannot endure this pain.It sufficiently badly, thereß the right side of my face and head pains had. Any way, rid of which I can get the pain at home? Cheaply?
