Extreme pain in right side of low back?

Un 19 years old and 4 weeks ago, i birth gave. From the time on then, a sore lower is closed i theück had. But in the last week or with it it unertrit became äglich. ÜberÜber one week ago i collapsed from the pain. I get shut a sharp cramp species matter in the right side of my lower theück and after this i jargon move my arms or my legs without it, that sends, to shoot pains through my lower back. After over half, hour can begin i a hour to one to move itself again, but it must slowly and careful is without exerting too much pressure on my back. After some hours, the pain goes almost vollständig away, but is almost certain, that it will return the next day. Still become for him/it to the Doctors tomoro as i jargon grip goes. None help with that, what could be it, and something, with the pain, i nurses jargon reception the most medication with it to help. Thanks
