Extreme pain in breast after it, to pump and to nurse, Mastitis or throttle?

I now nursed four months long, and after feedings or my right breast does so badly sore pumpings!!!! It is extreme shooting and knocking pain! Also, my nipple always becomes exact, very groß and sore, even if I have the pump on the lowest framework, or on my baby is latched only for some moments, and it remains, inflated for hours! I had problems with congested managements on this breast, and also doesn\'t produce this breast these much milk. But I had a while no congested management in it, but still has the whole pain! If I saw, thereß a lactation approximately 3 as a nurse works, and she/it brought me only to it I took and so on probiotics to do some preventive measures, so that I would not get any throttle, after it still was supposed to have done four months so badly sore??? it could be Mastitis??, I am a wife and uses only my Ehemann\'s-Konto!,

Let checked it that it could be an infection. If it throttle wäre, it would be all red and rough, analogical Hamburg flesh. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS
