Does the nursing of disaccustoming pain or some other delay?

I stopped, over one week, to work as a nurse, and a half one before through disaccustoming gradually. As I held, it seemed, I had dried up, but now, it is später one week and half, and I started to experience really bad pain only particularly in my left breast. If this still could from the Entwöhnen is, or could it be some other? It fühlt itself like it at, is aimed into a small area of my breast, that feels hard and clumsy.
