Do I have, stabbing hurts in a breast that is this throttle?

Is my baby 2 weeks old, and I nurse well, one of my breasts started to get stabbing pains only, if I live, and also between feeding, this is the beginning of a yeast infection? Does my baby not have any nappy imprudently and I, jargon sees any others symptom, from him/it, which I read, if should burn an infection there?
