Do I begin to dry up, do you help to ease the pain and to do, it goes faster!?

I nursed old daughter since birth my 1 month. I begin to dry up, and changed to formula. The pain of engorgement is unbarable. If there is something, for which I can make the pain to help, or brings even möglicherweise this transition to it, to go, faster?
