Could, does my baby, who drinks too much cause at the breast, tolerate pain?

I have a 6 month old that constantly works as a nurse, he/it then now and meanwhile presented this way for over one month, that I had much pain in my stomach together with other problems. Some of the problems ich\'m credits is; constricting in abdomen right under ribcage-Gebiet, Nausea, muscle pain in back, going back and fourth of it, to having insomnia too much and extreme irritability, to sleep, mood swings. I went to my doctor recently, and she/it played it weg\'s only like it the burden to have a baby and to nurse. This is not property the first child ich\'ve as a nurse worked, and I never have had this type of pain, während I nursed. I weiß, that my body and it feel internal, as I went to the doctors, of whom I believed, that I could have a kidney infection for them, this is over it where the pain is, but the examination she/it gave me, because this produced O.K., I still worry that it has something to do with my kidneys or any other organ in the upper abdomen area.

So that I am surprised, you had or know about somebody particularly, that had none of these problems, during nursing, if baby constantly drenches at the breast. ich\'m, that itself bemüht, to calculate, if these problems are brought in connection with the constant care, or if it could be somewhat more serious.
