Breast pain and nursing?

I have pain in the middle of my boobs and my right below. Therefore, the pain is like in my breast bone or something like it. My daughter is 3 months old, so that worked 3 months long i as a nurse. and it does it on occasion and begins to hurt it then, will go away exactly.
