Breast pain and burning?

I have a son old five weeks, whom I nurse exclusively. Last weekend I developed mastitis and was placed on antibiotics. My Grippen-wie-Symptome immediately vanished. Now, I have only two days verließ on the antiobiotics and mir\'m, feeling still from pain/tenderness and a burning in my breast.
The pain and burning are the worst, if I lie on my side, and I will sometimes feel it after care. My thorax doesn\'t looks red, and I don\'t feel any lump of inflammation.

Does everyone have any idea why I still find out this?

No signs of the throttle for my baby.
