5 months of afterbirth, basin pain, period?

HELLO everything,

I had a baby 19 weeks ago. Everything is groß been. ICH\'ve nurses and ergänzt with formula. I Hafen\'t still gets my period. The last few days ich\'ve erfährt constricting and hurts Beckengebiet in my left. This Periodenkrämpfe begins or some other. No bleeding still. There is hurts ongoing pain and it with movement occasionally and sometimes accompanied through a cramp. Any thoughts? If not period, what else could it be?

no fever... a small achey.
